The client is in front of a huge wave of investments to reduce the CO2-footprint by electrification of its production processes. The top management wants to ensure the best use of the money and looks for a new mindset for Capex projects development. The current engineering and project team is not used to this and therefore a Capex program to create the intended capabilities and mindset is started.
